  1. YIELD:     6                                           STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARE
  2. COOKING TEMP:     PORTION: 2" square
  3. COOKING TIME:     COOKING PAN: 6 x 9 Pan

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Gelatin flavored      : 6 oz         1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  8. | Water                 : 3 cp            Chill until thickness of egg white.
  9. | Strawberries fresh    : 1 cp         2. Slice strawberries. Fold in the
  10. | Pineapple crushed     : 1/2 cp          strawberries, drained crushed
  11. | Banana sliced         : 1 cp            pineapple, and sliced bananas.
  12. | Cream sour            : 1/2 cp       3. Pour half of gelatin mixture into
  13. |.                                        bottom of pan. Refrigerate until
  14.                                           set. Leave 2nd half of gelatin
  15.                                           mixture at room temperature while
  16.                                           1st half sets.
  17.                                        4. Spread sour cream evenly over top
  18.                                           of set gelatin.
  19.                                        5. Pour remainder of gelatin mixture
  20.                                           over top of sour cream layer.
  21.                                           Refrigerate at least 4 hours prior
  22.                                           to cutting or serving.
  23.                                        6. To serve, cut into 2" squares.
